Watched this for years but found recently it’s all out of sync so lost interest shame really what actually causes this used to be spot on it’s like watching one of them dodgy Netflix films.

I just watched an early Marillion and still after the last ten years STILL do believe Fish is unmatched as the “KING OF ROCK AN ROLL”. Thank you for giving us your best of a real person which is unmatched in the annals of human behaviour. It is hard to believe anybody can give so much. I love this man, he is one of the greats. 39 years ago today I was in Birmingham watching Dire Straits with my ex GF; three days after we had split up. (imagine listening to Romeo & Juliet with you ex sitting next to you). I never realised exactly one year later I would be at The Bowl watching Marillion play, what was our breakup album, Misplaced Childhood in its entirety.

It's a shame the feed was out of sync again for this one. Misplaced definitely stirs almost forty years on. That's why it became a No.1 album here in the UK, and countless other places. It's a shame furthermore that Fish won't be seeing these comments and the chat on this UA-cam channel...🙂

Great listening to this with the Big Man. Takes me back to the eighties when a mate got me into Marillion in a big way. Use to walk around a park in Maidenhead in my first job on lunch breaks listening to Misplaced and Clutching non stop on my headphones. I loved the lyrics so much and I think it led to a love a literature and me going back into education to pursue an arts degree. Artists simply don't have that kind of inspiration these days it seems and the world has changed so much. Very nostalgic listening to this. How lucky were we to be around at such a time. Thanks Fish.
